Recently had my Sprinter van serviced at BSG. I went in for a known brake issue and, having worked two large-scale auto repair shops years ago, I had a figure in mind as what I expected to see before ever getting the quote and they landed right in the middle of my expected expense so I was pleased with the price. I knew I had some front end work needed as well and they got me fixed up on that as well. From initial service order to pick up, Big Springs Garage took excellent care of my vehicle & me in a reasonable time frame and budget. I never look forward to dropping off this van for repair because anything with the MB emblem on it is automatically above the usual price-waise, but I'll definitely be calling BSP first whenever it's not a "dealer item" repair. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with and very communicative with me about step by step actions to take and didn't begin doing anything without calling me for approval first. I would recommend them. I took my 2010 Platinum truck to have transmission leak fixed. Previously they fixed my grandma's transmission on her 2012 Chrysler 200 and did a phenomenal job.

So I'm still unsure the problem with my car, but it's been that way for years. I was panicked. I deliver for a living right now and my car was just not accelerating the night before. They had a cancelation last minute and fit me right in. And of course my car was not acting up when I brought it in. The main mechanic, I believe Ian, took the time to really explain everything to me the best he could. Both mechanics there told me what other mechanics before said that unless they feel the problem they can't tell me the solution without thousands of dollars of repairs. I thought it was hopeless but Ian suggested we do a transmission flush. He said I had a 50/50 shot of it making it better or worse. Well thankfully, it made it much better. I really wish someone could tell me the actual problem but I was very happy with the service I got. They even quoted me 100$ more than what they charged because it didn't take as long as they thought. Very fair, honest, and helpful, thank you! here's to hoping my car lasts another 100,000!!

Met with the owners the other day about being a new client. My previous shop i did business with for the past ten years has become unreliable and have to check and second guess all work done. I havent had any work done there as yet but plan on taking all my vehicles there for future repairs. Found and based my decision to do business here on reviews submitted and familiarity with the shop in passing in my hometown. May post updates as time and experience progresses.
